What to Expect?
During your session, you will be guided through a short meditation. Taking the time to quiet the mind and connect you with your spirit team. This also allows me to connect with my sprit team and yours. I will set my intention of only receiving and communicating to you that only positive messages will be shared during our session. After the meditation, we will discuss the messages brought forth.

I was present when my father passed and am currently experiencing the difficult journey my mother is facing with stage 4 cancer. Sometimes the individual is ready for the transition and even more so excited for the journey that awaits them but more often, the individual is scared and anxious. They wonder, "what's going to happen?", "Will there be pain or will I suffer?" To add to this difficult time, the family or loved ones are fearful and worried as well. Our session will focus on spiritual guidance regarding the transition either for the loved one in the midst of this transition or family and friends.
What to Expect?
These meetings are personal and may be different for each client based on what they need. Guidance, meditation, visualization techniques, communicating with your spirit team are some but not all of the tools that may be used in during your session.
